| Dear Leader
The peace of the Lord be with you! Because of your important role as a leader in the body of Christ, you are invited to participate in a very important gathering with members from United in Christ (UIC) and select Christian leaders to join our Canadian Prayer Summit starting in Toronto and also in the Ottawa, Hamilton, Vancouver, and Kelowna,(Canada). Because of the dominant cultural voices rooting themselves in our society and around the world, we the church, need each other now more than ever. We are standing together and your participation will make a difference! Please join us as One voice united in Love. Our gathering will be an informal time of praying, sharing and relationship-building with others who love the Lord Jesus and are open to the move of the Holy Spirit. We aim to promote discussion and discover opportunities where Christian leaders can grow together in greater understanding and trust of each other through love, prayer and worship, sharing and collaborating in becoming a visible sign of unity in their community and the world. UIC is a ministry of reconciliation dedicated to bringing all Christians together for the purpose of healing and restoration, with the end goal of the great commission, seeing the fulfillment of Jesus’ prayer in John 17:21 “that all of them may be one, … that the world may believe that you have sent me.” United in Christ has ministered to a divided church worldwide, embracing true diversity and following the principle of unity in what is essential, freedom in the non-essentials, and in all things, love. May this initiative of UIC be a humble support to your ministry. As leaders, we are aware of your many responsibilities and commitments. Please extend this invitation to other leaders with the same heart and passion for unity.
